Meet The Founders

Claudia M. Jackson

Founder Claudia Jackson is a retired U.S. Army Master Sergeant who honorably served for 23 years.  She served as a Supply Logistics Senior Noncommissioned Officer.  She is an active member of the National Association of Black Military Women.  She has an Associate Degree in Business Administration, a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, and a Master’s Degree in Business Management with a minor in Human Resource Management. She enjoys sports, traveling, and spending time with her family.  She has three children and resides in Midlothian, Texas.


LaNeika R. Johnson

Founder LaNeika R. Johnson is a devoted mother to a set of phenomenal twin girls. She’s an Entrepreneur, an International Best-Selling Author, a United States Army Iraq war veteran, and most importantly a Woman of God. After serving in the United States Army for nine years, she focused on education and entrepreneurship. She has an Associates degree in Business Administration, Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, and Christian Counseling, and she has completed most of her coursework for her Masters in Business Administration. She is also an active member of The National Black Association of Military Women. Her hobbies include volunteering for/ with veteran and community organizations, church, reading, listening to audiobooks, learning to cook healthy meals, working out, and traveling.


Teresa K. Milner

Founder TereaKay Milner is a U.S. Army Veteran who honorably served as a Staff Sergeant as MOS 79R Recruiter and Culinary Specialist (MOS 92G). for nearly (13) years before being medically discharged.  She had 24-hour Day Care for 10 years. She is currently enjoying working alongside her husband in their Travel Agency since 2009. She enjoys reading, sewing, traveling, meeting new people, and spending time with family and friends. Founder Milner currently resides in Fortson, Georgia with her husband, Randall, and Mother Amanda. 


Sharon D. Soogrim

Founder Sharon Soogrim is a proud U.S. Navy Veteran who honorably served her country for eight (8) years.  She is currently employed as a Criminal Investigator for the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission.  She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, helping others, reading, shopping, traveling and watching crime shows and movies.  She is married, has a daughter, granddaughter; and resides in Jonesboro, Georgia.


LaKeisha Trimm

LaKeisha Trimm-Green is the mother of four beautiful young adults that have blessed her with five beautiful grandchildren. She is a U.S. Army Veteran and still serves her fellow veterans with pride and dignity. She is one of six founders of Alpha Delta Omega Military Sorority Inc. Mrs. Trimm-Green has a degree in Health Administration, Business Administration and Technology, and Medical Front Office. She enjoys riding motorcycles, traveling, helping others, family time, reading, and journaling in her spare time. Mrs. Trimm-Green has co-authored two internationally best-selling books and is 2x Amazon Bestselling Author.



Judith L. Cotten

Founder Judith L. Cotten is a Retired U.S. Army Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO) with 21 years of service.  She served as a Criminal Law Legal NCO in the Judge Advocate General Corps (JAG).  Post-retirement she’s a Real Estate Broker and Instructor, an Insurance Agency Owner & Producer, and a Certified Life Coach.  Judy’s platform empowers women and teaches others how to leave a legacy.  Judy’s an active member of various Veteran organizations and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.  She enjoys community service, traveling, shopping, and making momentous time with family & friends.  Judy resides in Jonesboro, GA, and has one son, Dequan.
